Drummond, widow of Benamin Drummond (the first patient admitted into the Naval Hospital,Washington City, when it opened on October 1, 1866). It shows that she was "Placed on the Pension Roll under the Act of July 14th, 1862, at $8 per month, from Sept. 8th, 1891."
