Summary:

Report for Oct. by A.B. Young to Dr. Horowiz

The grading of the original site almost done, the brickwork is mostly done, the paving of the areas around the building has been completed, the plastering remains as at the close of last month, the heating apparatus is in running order. The carpenters work has been steadily progressing, the sashes have been primed, glazed and painted and ready to be put into the frames.

Mr. Plant has delivered 16,334 bricks being all that will at present be wanted.
