Letter dated May 16, 1961, signed by James R. Powers, Assistant Chief, Disposal Branch, Acquisition and Disposal Division, General Services Administration, to the Area Public Works Officers, Department of the Navy, transmitting "a copy of GSA Form 1432 dated April 27, 1961, by which this office declared as surplus the Naval Reservation (Old Naval Hospital) located at 921 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, in Washington, D. C."

GSA Form 1432, Determination of Surplus, dated April 27, 1961, finding that the Old Naval Hospital was excess and not required for use by the federal government and could be diposed of by the General Services Administration.
